Don Rafa Boutique Hotel & Residences

Firstly the reception staff were very good really helpful especially getting us a taxi on a day that it was practically impossible due to the fiesta . The hotel is not close to the old town it is a 50 minute walk it is a residential area . There were some restaurants close by . The basic room was just that fairly basic . The bathroom was tiny and very impractical there was nowhere to put anything . The bed was a double so quite small and there was only a bedside table on one side so again not very practical. I would only chose it for a very short stay . The breakfast was basic but adequate.

Loved the communication/check ins, so much care and concern went into how we were getting around, turn/down -room service, sightseeing, food recommendations, etc. Staff was great, patient, kind, and friendly! Love the rooftop pool, wow what a view, and great lighting at night!

Frühstück war gut! Klein , aber alles, was ich brauchte! Die Lage war gut… Vieles war fussläufig zu erreichen.

Ich finde das Personal insgesamt könnte etwas freundlicher sein! Dabei meine ich NICHT den sehr netten Herrn an der Rezeption beim Check in , der Dame an der Rezeption beim Check out und dem älteren Herrn ( Facility Manager? ) , der sich um die öffentlichen Bereiche gekümmert hat… Die drei waren super nett! Aber sonst , bei den jüngeren Mitarbeitern hatte man eher das Gefühl , das man stört und lästig ist…
