GLOBALSTAY New Fabulous Toronto Condo

Nothing. This was sold for a family of 4. the sofas were not pull out beds nor were they big enough or secure to allow our 11 and 13 year old to sleep. no clean bed linen available other than WET linen hanging in the wardrobe. Tried to contact globalstay to explain and ask for support. They kept asking for emails and pictures responding unhelfully to say that they could not see an issue (not sure how you capture WET linen on a photograph)! Having arrived after a long flight from scotland with tired and upset kids and receiving no help we had no alternative but to leave the property and find alternative accommodation. The taxi driver telling us we were one of many tourists in recent weeks who had left this property on arrival having booked with booking.com and finding themselves in a very different apartment to the one they'd paid for, like us in good faith. Weeks later we have still yet to receive an apology, a refund or any offer of compensation. Booking.Com also unable to help and simply referring us back to the property. We can only strongly advise you NOT to book with this company if you wish to enjoy your time in Toronto.

In addition to the above the complete lack of customer service or respect for us as paying customers from the point of calling to complain on our arrival (with no support whatsoever) to the follow up exchanges throughout our holiday and now 4 weeks later trying to receive a refund or some form of compensation towards the significant costs we incurred as a result of paying up front for a property advertised as 'luxurious' being able to sleep our family of 4. The reality being the complete opposite. sadly this experience really impacted our once in a lifetime holiday in a very bad way.

Very confortable feel just like home. The location is outstanding. Will definetly be back.

Clear instructions, nice appartment in nice neighbourhood.

I reserved parking and had to double park on the street to go up and pick up keys to then quickly go downstairs again and go to the parking. Also the curtains missed some attachments so we couldn't fully darken the apprtment. Curtains could also do with some cleaining.

Very well located. Excellent amenities. Very clean apartment.

The access is quite challenging.
