You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property.

Fantastic location!!! Walking distance to restaurants, grocery shops, attractions. Comfortable for family of four. Property management was very responsive! We would definitely stay there again.

The communication with the host was terrible. I'm the type who likes to plan things in advance. They wouldn't give us the codes and check-in information until 4 pm! And when I arrived with my car, they wouldn't give me the parking instructions. When I called the number they provided they told me I have to email them for the information. I told them I did not have access to my email at the time (while we were reaching the destination) and they hung up on me! Every time we emailed them we had to wait a couple of hours, and again they wouldn't give us the basis info until we paid in advance. I ended up moving my car several times during the first night and also received a ticket! This really ruined the vacation for us during our short stay.

"Perfect location for our stay with everything that we needed"

Ideal location for walking into Toronto. Very clean and spacious and good facilities

Noise on the streets outside during the late hours and early morning. Couldnโ€™t work the oven so instructions would have helped.

"Amazing location, spacious apartment"

This was a fantastic location. I didnโ€™t realise itโ€™s only about 500m to the Lake front and 1km down town. There are so many restaurants close by, a supermarket and Tim Hortons across the road. Loved having two bathrooms and it was more spacious than I had expected. Brilliant for kids

If I was to be picky, I would say it would be good to replace the pillows which were lumpy and too high for me. I also think it would be good to take a wee video to show how to get into the building and then how to use the key fob. Luckily there is a security guard who was super helpful
