The parking was horrendous if you do not know where to go - tried to follow signs and ended up in a completely different building. Not the hosts problem. The good news is everyone was also very helpful that I asked

Poor experience overall. The beds were not clean and caused itchiness. There was no housekeeping provided during the stay. Communication was unclear from start to finish—both instructions and coordination between staff and security were lacking. I was unexpectedly kicked out of the parking lot due to cleaning, with no prior notice or proper explanation, yet still got charged for parking. Very disappointing.

It is very hard to retrieve the key and return the key to this property, you need to have two people in order to accomplish this and the company did not make it clear at all in the check-in process. I have to go through all this painful experience because this rental is non-refundable.

The door key is not working, stuck in the lock, I had communicated with the company multiple times for more than a hour, on Friday night, no help showed up on site, the company kept asking me to confirm the location, send them video, then they asked me keep trying around 10:30pm. I also asked the building front desk, but they said not to help because they claim that I need to ask help from the property renting company. I almost desperate to call the police, last minutes, God helped us and the door was finally opened after numerous attempts after 11:30pm. Also the parking is not free, after I made the payment and provided them my car model, they give me a lot right next to the gate with poles and bars on both sides. I scratched my car on both sides badly since the traffic is bad next to the gate, you got no room to park at all, I did ask them to give me another lot, and they exchanged for me later. For me, the company is not familiar with the property or ignored with customers' car information.

A beautiful, spacious and extremely well-equipped apartment in a central location, within walking distance of the CN Tower and the harbour front. We had a lovely time staying there! We rented this apartment as a couple but I would without doubt recommend this place to bigger groups (4 people) as it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On-site parking is provided, which was helpful for us coming by car as it can be difficult to find a parking spot in the area. We were given very detailed and helpful instructions on how to access the building and garage.

Property is nice

This place has 1.2/5 stars on trustpilot due to their scammy actions, after you book it you have to send them your passport pictures and deposits up to 1000$ which isnt stated on booking. They are known to keep portions of the deposit due to extremely tiny issues they find. I lost money on exchange fees due to the massive deposit I couldnt refuse.
