Busy area, the apartment was run down. Needs some up keep. It’s was such a hassle to get to our room. Instructions to park the car was not clear. Never book with this company or site again

Our apartment was nice and big and the beds were comfortable; but they were definitely both queens, not king/queen as advertised. It was close to restaurants and many of the sights we wanted to see so that was a big plus! It was also close to a few convenience stores and a large mall which was nice. We had a few issues while we were there and customer service was prompt.

Not a typical check-in. First, you need to find your room and obtain your key faub, which was on the 8th floor, so that was an inconvenience. Parking was confusing with gates and fences everywhere, and you are locked inside if you forget your key faub, which my son did. We were also given the wrong parking spot and then told we would be responsible for the ticket if we received one. That was ridiculous!!! Fortunately, we were able to move the car before we were ticketed! The key faub also controls the elevator, and you are only given one, so it’s difficult if you have a group of people doing different things. Finally, there is no maid service so you need to take out your garbage, which was fine, but for the price, I don’t think customers should also have to strip the beds and wash the towels.

The location was close to bus stops.

Everything was falling apart. We were literally walking on eggshells. Poor maintenance and management. The rooms didn’t have any lights,we constantly used our phone torchlights. The couch was broken,the glass slide in one of the rooms was a death trap.

very central to everything,15 minutes walk to roger center ,Tim Hortons right next door, other shopping venues very close ,place was very clean ,and it had 2 baths which i liked. good restaurants near by

only one key, made it very awkward to go out and get back in

The room was very spacious and came with a washing and drying machine, a kitchen, sofa bed, flat screen TV and a spacious bedroom with plenty of storage. Everying in the city is within walking distance

well equipped apartment, good location (close to the beach and city center), amazing balcony. fulfilled in general the expectations although the shape is not as well as the pictures suggest

A lot of communication (partly redundant) was necessary in advance, issuing and the deposit was relatively complicated and took longer than communicated, cost us several unnecessary e-mails. When we arrived, the bedsheets were still wet and not drying properly. Having just one key for the apartment is a disadvantage for groups.
