The location.

The property was dirty from the second you walk through the door. Extreme stench of dogs, carpet filthy, dishes hadn’t been washed and put back in the cupboard, toilet stains, toothpaste still on bathroom cabinet, bedding stains and dog hair on. There was cobwebs and dust on most surfaces.

Location and it was very spacious and clean

There was a horrible smell in the hallway as we entered the property,we think the smell was coming from the carpet,there was no welcome pack for us and the rug in the living room area was quite slippy when walking on it. I don't think I would stay there again.

Everything you need for your stay. Comfy bed, well kitted out kitchen and a great walk in shower in the bathroom.

The carpet from the entrance door and up the stairs needs either replacing or a good clean smells very doggy.

We loved the location of the property, it’s in a busy street that has lots to do. We had a great stay and will be looking to book again… there’s no parking available, but plenty of parking very close for £10.20 for 24 hours.

The automatic lights on the landing were annoying.

The location was excellent, The kitchen was reasonably equipped and the accommodation was roomy and comfortable.

Obtaining the key code was difficult and stressful. Only one front door key worked. The stair carpet to access the property is downright dangerous, it is loose in several places and overhangs several steps. It is a tripping hazard with a high risk of injury. The right hand window in the sitting room leaks quite badly in the bottom right hand corner when it rains. This caused water to pool on the floor. The coffee table and dining table were dirty and there were no adequate materials provided for us to clean them thoroughly. The cutlery was greasy and had to be washed prior to use. There was only one hand towel provided throughout the property, this is inadequate, there should be at least one hand towel in the bathroom, in addition to sufficient hand towels for the guests. There was no hand soap/cleanser provided in the bathroom. This is inadequate for guests upon arrival after a long journey and whiffs of meanness. The small ice compartment in the fridge was frozen solid so we could not attempt storing food items or making ice cubes. It was in bad need of defrosting. The shelves were dusty to the point that we could draw in the dust. Overall, it felt that the apartment could benefit from a good clean.

The location is really good, perfect position.

I'm not normally one to write negative reviews but I do need to be honest. The property was dirty, there were cobwebs on the extractor, the cutlery was greasy, the plates weren't washed properly, a lot of dust all around the property. The doors were dirty, the carpet on the stairs was very discoloured. The property looks like it used to be an amazing place but has been really let down by who ever is meant to be keeping an eye on it.

The upstairs people were nosy late at night , the hall way light was on a sensor and took a while to turn off, was a little dusty
