Breakfast was good location not ideal for parking if you’re travelling on a train perfectly good Maria was very friendly and helpful great host

Excellent welcome from Maria, really friendly and helpful Decor of hotel and room was excellent Room was very comfortable and had everything you needed

Would have preferred not to have to give a specific time for breakfast but understand reasons for cooking your breakfast fresh so no biggy just rather go when I’m ready I would recommend that cleaners check things like tea tray the sugar was rock hard so had been there a long time but this didn’t impact stay -just feedback

It’s a great property but the best part of my stay, was my host Maria! With long days, early starts, Maria made the whole process effortless, efficient and easy. Maria also makes a great cup of coffee and delicious breakfast! Excellent young lady!

"Well run small hotel close to Black Country Living Museum"

Great welcome from Marie, great host who was always there when needed. Big comfortable room with clean bathroom and quality bed. Opportunity to have dinner at the hotel as the neighbourhood does not have many options. Good choice of breakfast, all freshly prepared.

"Highly recommend will be back again"

Great central location for our weekend conference at the Bethel Convention centre, free on street parking, lovely charming property, luxurious decoration. Very comfortable bed, plenty of storage space in the rooms. Maria was so helpful and attentive and the breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious.

Shower room in the regency suite was quite small but this didn’t take anything away from our stay.
