Wear and tear, spring popping out under the seat & legs loose on the chairs just needs attention to detail and maintenance. Exterior windows very dirty and weeds front and back and dead plants in plant pot at the front. Hoover isn’t great probably needs replacing . There looks to have been a leak into the kitchen looks to have been sometime ago so just needs ceiling reprised and made look good

Great location to the south of Blackpool, good sized house with 4 bedrooms and 6 beds. Large kitchen/dinning room which we used a lot. Small seated garden area as well. Was able to park 2 cars on the driveway which saved parking fees as well. Will looking at booking again for next year.

The house was lovely and clean, although when using the pottery and pans etc we found that these were dirty and some of the pans were rusty

Nice and very convenient location for us to visit the main area of Blackpool. In a lovely residential area and perfect for families

Nothing at all everything was great. Perfect value for money we all enjoyed it very much

Great location, spacious bedrooms. Easy check in. Parking on drive (only fits one car but on street available) secure back yard.

No dishwasher, some damaged chairs/crockery and only one champagne flute and 3 or 4 wine glasses for a house that sleeps 8!!!

Plenty of space enough cooking facilities and wasn’t to far of a walk xx

Broken dining room and garden chairs, dirty, chipped cups, plates & glasses, stained duvet covers, cracked ceramic hob that you can hardly see the controls for, not enough utensils or pans, one small sharpe knife, no jug, no microwave dishes or covers, not enough glasses and broken/chipped ones, freezer draw broken and cut finger on it, freezing top family room, tiny radiator right next to single bed and some radiators had no control valves to be able to switch them down to be able.to leave the upstairs one on longer without heating the whole house which was boiling at a temperature of 26.8 when we got there. The pictures are very deceptive, the lounge is tiny, ripped and uncomfortable couches that you couldn't even fit us all in. 2 x two seaters and a 3 seater, no room to bring chairs in from the dining room, the TV was so old and way too small, some buttons on the remote didn't work. How can you charge a £100 damage payment and an extra £50 for our little dogs when the house is in the state it is in! Wish we'd stayed at home and not wasted £580 on a 2 night stay that we didn't enjoy.
