The apartment itself is big, very spacious and very new

It lacked attention and love, not only on the apartment but the building itself is not totally taken care of, the apartment had a lot of spiderwebs, plants on the side were death, and the kitchen didn’t even have salt or sugar, feels like the company does the bare minimum and is happy with it.

The property is very modern with panoramic views over Faro. The space and size of the apartment is very generous. The bedrooms are large with lots of wardrobe space, the mattresses are comfortable with clean bedding. The complex feels very safe and is situated on one of Faros curious quiet cobble streets at the centre of the nightlife, after dusk even more restaurants and bars appear like magic!

Very hard to find any negatives here. Personally I like 2 pillows per person, the inner throw cushions from the sofa need to be replaced. A sun parasol on the balcony would be an added bonus.

There is a very noisy bar called Pipers bar behind the apartment that had very loud music and loud drunken people out on the street until 4- 5am every night so we got no sleep and couldnt leave the windows open Not able to sit on the sun chairs as they were old and unstable It was not clean enough and had dirty counters and peeling plaster in the walls Sliding doors didnt close properly Not any spare or warmer bedding , flimsy duvets and bad pillows

Location was good. Marina and restaurants in walking distance. The apartment had nice big windows from which you could part of the marina and sunrise. The balcony was nice even though derelict buildings next to apartment. Rooms and living space was modern and spacious.

The furniture, cushions, deck chairs on balcony and worktop surface all need to replaced as everything was old and worn out. Doesn't look like anything has been upgraded or changed since they were built. Place needs a good thorough clean. Also couldn't find anywhere to plug in the kettle in kitchen. The bathroom also needs some accessories like shelves for toiletries and hooks for towels etc. No cleaning products. I don't want to buy dishwater tablets for few days stay.
