Modern and good use of space.

The music from the local night clubs could be heard until the early hours even with the windows shut.

The apartment was amazing! It has parking and it was very easy to pick up the keys.

The apartment was in a great location and had private parking. The apartment is newly refurbished with amazing views and spaces.

We had to ask for 2 sets of towels as only 2 had been left and we were 4 travelling. But these were given to us on the day. We visited during the festival in Faro so the music was outdoors and very loud in the apartment until very late. There were almost too many messages for the management company that meant we had missed the check-in instructions.

Location was great. Apartment was nice and spacious.

The check out time is quite early even though check in time is late, before we were even checked out (before check out time) the cleaners tried to come into the apartment. If the apartment gets cleaned and prepared that early it would be nice if they offered guests and earlier check in time even if it only happened on the day. There were no cleaning supplies to do dishes which was just an inconvenience as we had to leave our dishes for the cleaners which we would have happliy done. Air conditioning remotes didn't work so had to manually turn it on but after an hour or so it would turn to hot air and without the remotes we couldn't change this so we had to leave it off.

Apartments are a nice size, modern inside with a nice view off balcony. Great location and great for a long stay.

The apartment wasn't clean when we arrived. After calling they got us in to another one for the night so they could clean ours. Bit of a mix up. But would have been nice to get some kind of compensation. Pillows are next level horrible. Would be a nice touch to have some little tea/coffee available.

The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, open and clean. The balcony was a bonus and you can just see the harbour too. There are blinds and Aircon in every room so I imagine in summer it will be a lovely little cool paradise. The bathroom was large, spacious and the master has an ensuite too! The apartments have a lift and parking space and the compound feels Extremely safe. The kitchen was stocked full of appliances and utensils so it's fully useable. The instructions to get in were fantastic, loved the video and it made it easy for us to get there. The location is fantastic, 4 minutes from the harbour/bus station and 6 minutes to the train station too.

The only two minor annoyances are that we didn't have enough bin bags and couldn't work out where to take our rubbish so felt bad leaving it all for the cleaning team. Also because of the central location from Wednesday onwards there is thumping music playing on into the early hours of the morning (6:30 am on Friday Night/Saturday morning) okay if you're partiers but not ideal for families.

Very poor customer service by property management. Check in email had incorrect codes for gate entry, lock box for key access and wifi codes and password were all wrong. We also had no instruction to operate washing machine. There was absence of weekly cleaning and no linen change for 25 days. Also poor quality of towel and bed linens.
