Great location and the apartment was lovely and spacious. It was very comfortable. The balcony is lovely and sunny and fairly private for the location. Sea views from the balcony and bedrooms. We stayed in block D, apartment on the second floor apt D2.1

A bit noisy at weekends but we knew this from other reviews and brought Earplugs. It was quiet apartment from that.

Two bedrooms , sufficient space

Very loud music all night long from nearby bars, impossible to sleep. We slept maybe 2 hours each night. Only two towels were provided for 2 people for 7 nights. But most importantly… The garage door got broken last day and the automatic knob didn’t work and we had very stressful experience when we were unable to exit the garage parking in the morning of our flight. We nearly missed our flight. It was absolutely ridiculous when we had to manually open the door ourselves using our own “engineering “ skills ( had to put up a table that we found nearby, my husband having to climb up , he had to pull down a ripped rope which was broken and I had to use all my strength to pull up the garage door) . It took us over an hour. My husband pulled his back and was unable to walk after that. The staff did not pick up the phone when we called for help. They were very rude to us and complained afterwards that we were calling them at 7am! How ridiculous was that! This experience was the worst we have ever had during our numerous travel experiences. We almost missed our flight and were stressed so much! We hurt ourselves! I cannot imagine if this was an older couple or someone who would not be “engineer” smart to figure out how to manually open up the garage door with broken

Great location and super clean and modern. Great views across Faro.

Pro: spacious, clean, balcony big, easy access to town, transportation, food. Con: can get noisy, hard to find at night.

There was noise from a nearby venue that went on all night. Also there was only one teaspoon in the kitchen - rather curious. The TV was difficult to use. But these are very minor issues.

the apartment is pretty brand new and is well equipped with washing machine, good air conditioning for hot summer, dishwasher, wine fridge. the hardware is excellent. there is private car park which is very good for us. location is also excellent for restaurants.

the software is really disappointing. the instruction to get the key and entrance to the car park was not clear. they sent us a video for entering the carpark with password but actually, once you got the key of the apartment, there is a remote control attached to the key chain. hence no need password. just use the remote control! the interesting thing is that they never told me that and i was looking for high and low for the password keypad outside the car park. what a joke! the well equipped kitchen does not come with salt, sugar nor enough gabbage bag. when i asked for that, they told me that they only supply one gabbage bag for each stay (i stayed for 4 nites). very basic shampoo and soap. the host was cold and i believe this is something to do with the management. i stayed in unit D2.1 and i didn't hear too much of noise from bars though.
