The hotel has very beautiful grounds, rooms are spacious and well decorated. Food was good and tasty. Pool was good. Very nice hotel.

The location was great and perfect for relaxation. The food was great and tasty! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I loved it!

The all inclusive package was super limited - it does not include wine and basic mocktails.

Beautiful location. Very friendly and attentive staff. Lots to do in the resort itself - daily activities and shows. The food was great - a very nice variety and buffet style so you can choose what good suits you. So much about this stay was amazing . Looks exactly like the pictures . White sand private beach with security.

The WiFi connection is poor . It is available in all public areas but it lags and has really poor connections which is a major inconvenience. Would suggest they get extenders for other areas (especially the rooms) and a better network provider for the connection. Another thing to be cognisant of is that not all the tourists understand Swahili or Italian so when playing the games or doing the activities with the animation team - to primarily speak English which everyone can understand or play the games in English , Italian and Swahili continuously so nobody feels left out or is confused.

The food was amazing, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated the animation team — they were great at organizing muscle relaxation and fun exercise sessions. The rooms were okay, comfortable enough for a good stay.

The beach experience was disappointing due to persistent beach boys and other suspicious characters — it got so uncomfortable that we avoided going there altogether. For beach swimming, we even opted to go to other locations just to enjoy a proper swim in the ocean. Additionally, the resort’s location felt quite isolated, making it expensive and inconvenient to access other attractions. This limited our sightseeing options and often left us stuck indoors, which became a bit boring.

Mixed Experience – Needs Improvement I recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort and had a mixed experience. Rooms – The rooms definitely need an upgrade. The beds were not comfortable, and surprisingly, they only provided a single bedsheet—no quilt or blanket to cover up, which was quite disappointing. Bathrooms – The bathroom fittings are very old, though I have to commend the staff for keeping them clean. Swimming Pools – The pools are lovely and well-designed, but they require some repair and regular maintenance. Food – Breakfast had a decent variety, though I’ve experienced better elsewhere. Lunch and dinner were quite basic and lacked variety. All-Inclusive Offering – While the resort is all-inclusive, the drink selection is limited to just five options. The snack bar, open from 10 am to 6 pm, only served two types of cakes, which felt underwhelming. Overall, the resort has potential, but it could greatly benefit from better amenities, improved food variety, and more thoughtful service offerings.
