Beach Court - 1 Bedroom Apartment - Saundersfoot

we liked the place, we felt probably overpriced given the view of the car park and a few practical things were not up to scratch but would stay again

bathroom needs a couple of hooks for the towels, the bedroom mirror is a bit dangerous and bangs when you open and close the door. The extra bedding was simply thrown in the wardrobe and generally untidy.

Location was excellent Bedding and towels really clean

Shower had black tape holding it together. Dog hairs on cushions. Utensils and dishes needed to be washed before use. Cooker dirty

Excellent location with the bonus of a parking space. Underfloor heating was great but no instructions on how to work it. Comfortable bed but unfortunately the blinds let in the light from the security light outside that was on all night. Flat well equipped apart from only having one wine glass. Red wine from a flute is just not right. Would happily stay here again.

1. Really appreciated the designated parking space 2. Loved the fact we could access the beach so easily from the property 3. Loved that we were so closely located to the different food outlets and the pint of Guiness, enjoyed at The Chemist Inn

On arrival was disappointed no Xmas tree there,as it was from 23 to 27th Dec,did expect ,wasn't very welcoming,felt it hadn't been prepared for guest ,phoned office and yes a Xmas tree was brought to appartment next day,was told by 2 girls who brought it that owner does not put up Xmas Dec's,it was not stated in description of appartment,there was no tea towel no dish cloth ,no dishwasher tabs also equipment in kitchen was grubby, I paid alot for appartment which was expected over Xmas period,but expected it to be welcoming and special, I always go away for Xmas, next time I will enquire about if decorated over Xmas period,very disappointed
