Beach Court - 1 Bedroom Apartment - Saundersfoot

The location was fantastic, on the beach almost, and easy walking to amenities. Comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen.

Noisy people above us, heavy footed children early in the morning. Bathroom a little small.

Soooo bright in the bedroom at night, curtains needed. Parking explained incorrectly on the phone when called to confirm booking.

Lovely to be directly off the main beach, and such an easy level walk into the town. The apartment was on the ground floor and felt spacious and had a really useful large area as you enter to get wellies and boots etc off. This was November, and we had worried that heating might be an issue. Absolutely fine, it was set to make the flat really comfortable through to late mornings and into early evenings and across the night. I'm not sure what the actually timings were, but we were basically just out more or less from mid to late morning until early evening, and it worked very well for us. Impressed to see summer beach things like bats and balls, umbrellas (!) and so on all available in the entrance area. Shower and bathroom area was fine for size and towels were provided. The bedroom was a decent size too. The combined living room and kitchen worked well. The allocated parking space would have been very tight for our VW van right next to the iconic 'rock with a tree growing out of it', but at the end of November parking was fine out at the front.

We weren't able to confirm parking arrangements despite asking, and were told it was just first come first served. In fact the spaces were all numbered and if it had been busy we'd have found flat 4's space really difficult, as it was round to the front, beachside of the flats and tucked in beside the towering crag of the rock that sits between the building of the block of flats. We booked through Booking.com and were given a PIN code. Using this to get the keys from the key safe outside the front door didn't work. Luckily we arrived before the local agency letting the flat had closed. We thought we were phoning the owner, but it was the agency. They guessed that we may have booked through Booking.com and explained that the PIN code was simply our customer reference with Booking.com, and were able t provide the actual pin code we needed to get the keys to get into the flat!

How spacious it felt. Well resourced. Nice touch to arrive to a bottle of fizz and welshcakes. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

No curtains in bedroom. Lights from outside came through the blinds. Hot water from kitchen tap was lukewarm so had to boil the kettle to wash up.

location was amazing. it was well equipped. comfy big bed

tv didn’t work which was a complete disappointment. as we didn’t have good weather so a night in was slightly spoilt without a tv it wasn’t as clean as I would have expected.
