Spacious, everything you could need and location

Location was excellent Especially for my husband who has mobility problems.

Needs upgrading from lamps in living room to a proper double bed

Location is perfect, on the beach front on the Strand. Walking distance to harbour and all pubs and shops etc. Good facilities, kitchen was fully equipped and functional. Shower was good (for electric) water pressure excellent, underfloor heating in bathroom. Off road parking space. Recently had a face-lift so decor was nice and neutrals and overall clean and tidy. Hard floors are perfect for dog.

Bedroom blinds are not sufficient to block out the very bright safety light just outside window. The window NEEDS to have a curtain pole fitted and blackout curtains. Literally messes with your body clock as it's very bright all night - we both had to buy sleep eye masks on day2. Hard floors were great but we're very gritty so I don't think they get cleaned as regularly as the rest of the apartment. Toilet seat was hanging off the hinges when we arrived so that was challenging. The TV is old and rubbish, doesn't connect to anything and is probably one of the first "Smart" TVs to come out (not that we watched much TV but struggled on the few times we tried to catch news etc).

Location of flat right by the sea was lovely!

Flat very basic and sparse. No doormat to rear entrance so beach sand came walking in. Car parking spaces were tiny! Kitchen contained microwave and Freezer compartment in fridge which were not in listing. Not enough in basic kitchen utensils. Recycling/refuse disposal instructions not clear. Bedroom directly overlooked by people using the stairs so had to keep the blinds shut all the time. Couldn't open bedroom window because of the blinds. No storage in bedrooom - just huge double bed! Cupboards for crockery up too high in cupboards. General lack of storage.

Great location and views. Well equipped apartment. Allocated parking wasn't big enough for our car but this wasn't a problem as most apartments were empty out of season. Security light outside the bedroom is on all night & very bright. Blackout blinds or curtains would make a huge difference. I bought eyeshades and slept better afterwards!
