Great place! Staff and property were beautiful. We ate dinner and had cocktails upstairs and at the restaurant. Both were delicious! We also ordered boxed lunches to-go which were great for the car ride.

Vinduerne vendte mod atriumgården hvorfra der var meget larm, også selvom vinduerne blev holdt lukket. Vi savnede også lidt lys på altanen.

The hotel is overly hyped. The rooms are stylish but tiny, none have outside windows and instead have balconies which open into an indoor atrium, and the noise from the restaurant and late-nite bar/club, as well as from other hotel guests, can be intolerable. Customer service was polite but non-responsive if there is a problem (such as water dripping down through the ceiling).

Big fan of this hotel. The staff was top tier. Only annoyance was how loud the speakeasy is until 3ish am. Other than that, loved everything about it.

We had an excellent stay! It was in walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do. The bars, restaurants, shopping and museums. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was wonderful! Overall, just great!

My experience at Volga was exceptional! When I first arrived Dante and Sam was there to help check me in and by far probably the best customer experience I’ve had at a hotel. My stay was comfortable with a clean and quiet and modern room. I did stay for two days so I did get to experience most of what Volga has to offer. The dining is unique but I would not recommend the steak, 1/10, but everything else was delicious. Also went to their speak easy and it was a very cool vibe with great drinks, but did not want to stay to long because for some particular reason the sent or perfume they use was to strong, it could have been from me sitting to close to the machine. I do have one negative thing to say is that when I went out of the room I did request towels and plates to be pick up that were left out by my door. I believe it was Jean paul that was working the front desk at the time and the things I did ask for were not completed with made me feel like I was ignored and not valued. I had to make another request for it to be done and maybe 5 hours later it was done, which was upsetting because I believe they only have 50 rooms. I do recommend staying at the hotel for all the good reasons I said.
