"Great design but not practical. No sleep at all. I would rather stay in other hotel but get some rest."

We like the design.

It was so noisy. We could hear everything from the hallways or neighbors above us. There is no sound proof at all. Woke up every night when someone was talking next to the elevator. Also they wanted to charge for a make up on the towel? So confusing?
