The Gramercy Residences Makati Manila

Was a good stay, the staff are very helpful and accommodating!! Very safe feeling… security is on the job! The room was pretty okay, was basic for the type of suite, the pictures before booking overplayed the actual rooms!! But was comfortable… the only let down was many cockroaches within the bathroom, kitchen and dining area!

Amazing location. Right next to century mall. But I'd prefer to stay at a hotel. Just looks like a downgraded apartment. And I booked a deluxe one. Lobby is downright fancy and amazing but apartments are not at all like that

Pre-existing cockroach problems in unit. Staff was aware. Was not taken care of during stay. Found 6-7 cockroaches in bathroom amenities, sink, floor. The same for the bedroom. Only good thing about facility is the centralized location, gym and pool. Clueless staff. There's nothing about this place to write home about. Much better options available around the same area with equal or better prices.

This is property owned by a company that rents suites. What is advertised is absolutely NOT what you walk into & an immense amount of difficulties getting replies from these people. After a 14 hours travel day, arriving late evening with a senior (this was told to the property "manager"), prepaid for 3 people, we arrived to 1 double bed and no other sleeping surface besides a tiny chair on the floor, 1 towel & 2 pillows, no blankets. Exhausted, I tried to contact the ppl listed on the email, they are not available after 4:30pm. No replies via telephone or email for over an hour, finally replied insisting there is a bed in the closet(?). We checked everywhere, took and emailed pictures of empty cabinet as proof no beds/mattresses hiding. They did not respond. Also tried Wifi, splash screen said contact provider for reconnection, no wifi. Had to go to lobby and plead with the concierge for help in contacting property manager. They don't usually do this, but were able to & asked them to take care of the situation. After 2 hours of waiting, a guy in a bad mood brought a floor mat & mix-mash of home towels & satin sheet (I wouldn't let my dog sleep on) and a router that we could not wiggle or it would stop working. In the end there was no sleep. The most terrible experience in my life of travelling dealing with an accommodation. Our poor mother was exhausted, they did not care, even though this was detailed (a senior traveller). Beware of these. They are all over the Philippines.

Good., did enjoy the view from my unit. Walkable to storws and some malls.area Can be loud at night.

Easy access to the things I needed

A superb experience complemented by outstanding interaction with the staff. I would highly recommend it. Given my frequent travels to Manila, it's very likely I will be a returning customer.

The property’s well maintained. The room was on the 26th floor. Pet friendly easy access to all amenities, Makati business district. Room is a little bit small but was very clean

Location was great. We had to come in a day earlier than originally planned, the two bedroom unit that we booked wasn’t available so we booked a one bedroom unit instead. The Rental company agent was very nice to let us stay longer the next day while we wait to check in to the two bedroom unit that we originally booked. The one bedroom unit (5909) was great, unit was clean. View was awesome! The only downside was there was not enough pillows. I booked it for 4 people since it said there is a futton bed in the living room but they only have 2 pillows in the main bedroom and no extra ones for the futton.

Very secured and the support is very helpful. we forgot the key Inside the room and the assistance is very smooth Ms. Jenny was able to help me right away even the time is already at around10pm.
