The Gramercy Residences Makati Manila

Linens not presentable. Towels are miss match. They used a towel taken from a resort in Boracay. Bedsheets are about to be ripped. Can’t communicate to the front desk. You have to talk to the agency, in which I can’t get hold of on the phone only email.

Good place to hanga around the area. Lots of resto and bars.

The 3 swimming pools were excellent. Security and cleanliness was exceptional. We had a few issues with the Wi-Fi in our last few days. Would highly recommend this apartment.

The agent GOTOPHI and staff, Dennisse, Janet and Jenny were very arrogant admitting their mistakes, not sincerely apologetic at all. We had too many complaints about the unit, bugs, smart tv & room phone not working, the linens smelled pretty bad and lastly, my green access card the day before my check out date. I was coming down from a massage appointment on 37th floor at almost 1 AM, got on the elevator, couldn’t get off on my floor because my access card expired! The concierge and security that night (Nov 28, 1aM) were courteous and apologetic. Dennise, Jenny and Janet especially Dennisse were blaming the mistakes on the Gramercy PMO, but Gramercy PMO it was Dennise fault. They were pointing fingers. My access card expired 11/27/2023 when my check out date is 11/28/2023, 2pm! So disappointed with those girls attitude. And they are still arrogant about it! I suggest - DO NOT use GOTOPHI when making reservations for Gramercy property. The Gramercy concierge and security were very accommodating to us!

good option of location, there were a grocery store shopping mall restaurants nearby, walkable and could be easy for you especialy your grocery needs. the unit is cleaned, very nice view outside on your terrace, if you would like to cook your own food, you can cook inside, there are available all utensils you need in cooking, rice cooker, cookware, plate etc.. over all it was great satesfied 4 days stayed in Gramercy Residence.

We arrived in the place and we found a lot of cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets, the place is very dusty and you can smell the musky of the area like its not been cleaned for a while. The towels are old amd beddings smells like old . I did communicate d it to the property mananagement assigned tru text and they responded appropriately. Too bad they said they have to spray the area with chemicals with our stuff and clothes inside so i refused. The first night was horrible. All of us were coughing and triggers all our allergy. The electrical wiring in the kitchen is bad. You cant used the fridge and microwave at the same time. The circuit breaker or main fuse kept resetting coz of the electricity. The bathroom vent is bad. U can smell how bad the sewer from the bathroom from your bed. It was a horrible experience.

The unit is clean and well maintained. It is safe with direct access to the Century mall. The grocery is nearby and there are a lot of restaurant around. The facilities are accessible and all staff are helpful and attentive .

Love the city view.

Subpar or below average bath towel, no wash cloth for face. Only one fitted sheet, no other sheets, Just a comfort er on bed. Pillow cases were as rough as a burlap bag. Television only had Netflix.

They did a great job looking after my family.
