The property was a slack dump. The back door was all but broke off the hinges, the door could not be closed. The dead bolt did not work, the latch did not work and the door closer was ripped off the door. I had to tie a stool to the door for a tiny bit of security and to keep the wind from blowing the door open. The sheets on the bed looked like they were there for a while. I saw the cleaning lady's cart, with clean folded sheets on it, but the sheets on the bed were nasty and wrinkled all over. We slept on top of the blanket. There was supposed to be a kitchenette in the unit, but the stove top was fake and would not come on or work at all. If you are thinking of staying here or sleeping on a pallet behind the 7-11, the pallet is probably a better choice for the money!

The only complaint would be the sliding doors. They were extremely hard to open. And the hot water took forever in the shower. But its very quiet, with beautiful views.

Hey so-called cleaning lady creeping around coming in your apartment when you're gone no way to lock the door to keep your stuff secure or away from on prying eyes so some privacy would be nice I never seen nobody else from the staff the office was an open couldn't get a parking pass it was threatened to have the truck towed checkouts at 10 o'clock instead of 11 or 12 no phone in the rooms indoor pool wasn't functionable or was closed so they didn't have to clean it was worth 50 and night wind up paying twice that

Nice view and very clean.

The location right at the seafront looking into the ocean, the 2 pools, the decor of the studio, easy access to the beach & free and easy parking.

Minor things - The communal corridors & lifts leading to the apartments didn't do the apartment and rest of the complex any justice and could do with freshening up. Plus the large bins on every floor near the lift may be convenient but with the hot humid weather don't create the best smell :-). Owner was responsive on some issue, other not so :-). also just as NB we could use the shower ok and had hot water quite quickly, but I can see why some people could not, as it's quite volatile and could do maybe with a new simple tap
