Sea Dip Resort Studios!

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel was clean and easy access to the beach.

Location, bed comfort, clean room.

The room was clean and the bed was fine. Unfortunately, I was majorly disappointed to find out this wasn't a studio and did not match anything in the description, no balcony, no place to sit, no help from the front desk, they said I was on my own because it was a personal room, but I called the resort to make reservations and they directed me to Booking.com. never again, they have no customer support. And in general, having 2 towels for 2 adults for 3 days is not very inviting. And lastly, we had no toilet paper, and the front desk could not help us with that or anything to do with the room, Walmart did. They directed us to Booking.com. The room doesn't meet any hotel/condo association definition of a studio. It doesn't have any place to sit, let alone a Living area, there was no sink except for the bathroom. And the property advertisers a balcony, no balcony. Our door opened up to a hallway. The walkway did have a safety railing on it. I requested a customer satisfaction compensarion and Booking.com never responded. No customer service at all.

Very convenient location

Very very Small unit. No bed just a futon. Just not something I would ever rent again for over 200$ a night. Aware that its units are individually owed and front desk continues to say individual owner so I don’t know is very frustrating. Glad I was only there for 1 night but will not rent from this property again.

The ac did not work, the property manager did not respond promptly, they did not provide extra towels, wash cloths or toilet paper. When I ask for those things, I was told we would have them soon, & they never came! When we booked, we booked 2 rooms that were supposed to be on the same floor, beside each other, we ocean view. Once we arrived, they only had 1 room for us even though we paid for the two. They finally gave me a second room which was on a completely different level. & was not ocean view! Very disappointed with this place & will not be back!!

A bit complicated to gain access to the room. Unresponsive host, and not enough toiletries in the room.
