Several items in the unit were broken, there were no toiletries provided, limited on towel and wash rags, sliding door handle, was broken and would not lock property needs maintenance. Paid for early cancellation protection, but was denied. A refund will not stay here again.

Paying extra for cleaning. A little smaller then i thought it would be.

When I arrived at the property i enetered my booking code and entered the room which still had occupants in it. Room was a mess and the current clients said they were staying. I immeidately text the host who stated sorry they had overbooked and would cancel my reservation plus refund my money. Three days later I still do not have a refund and the host has stopped replying to my text. I will have to take this up with Booking now which is unfortute.

Host left me without a room even though it was paid for. Host was not honest. As of 1/29/24 I have still not been refunded.

the towels are so cheap you can't even dry off. the TP had no holder, the bed is dead, and the sheets and cover are old and dead and smell. window is cracked.

We were not giving the room that we paid for. When we contacted the property owner we were ignored we contacted booking.com we were ignored. We paid for a suite and we're giving a regular hotel room and after numerous tries all weekend and the week after we still go ignored. The property owner would not answer us or the booking agent. We were never given the room that we paid for nor did anyone try to rectify the situation. If you plan on booking your vacation at this place I would book it somewhere else. If you have an issue or situation at this Resort you will not get it resolved. You will be ignored from start to finish. You will not be offered a refund you will not get a refund you won't get anything from them other than being ignored. They know they gave us the wrong room and refused to rectify the situation. And the booking agent says there's nothing they can do because they ignore them also use caution be aware that this property is not the place to have a vacation

Roomqas absolutely adorable and cleanes up well. However the beds werw absolutely horrid. My back went out every morning and there were roaches.

The view was amazing. We will definitely stay there again. It was a bonus that there was also an indoor pool.

There was a 59.00 cleaning fee but you still had to do up the dishes and take the trash out. So that was slightly frustrating. The room was non smoking which was fine but when you got there they said EXTREMELY NO SMOKING and there would be a 250.00 fine if you did. So if another family member would have been there we would have had a problem. Wish that was more clear from the start. But other than that it was perfect for my daughter and I.
