You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property.

"Frustrating"

Decent location and view.

The parking is frustratingly complicated. You are better off parking on the street and getting a ticket then dealing with the parking spot which is impossible to and the parking spot is dangerous to get in and out of. Also the entire property requires a key fob that only sometimes works. Generally confusing and frustrating to get around. Management instructions are often incomplete and in some instances incorrect.

The location was just right in terms of surroundings and easy access to Downtown Toronto. We were on the 16th floor so the views were fantastic

The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable but there were a lot of issues during our stay. A large number of the floor boards were not secure and popped up quite often, this was both visually and practically very awkward.
