You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property.

Location. Apartment was nice.

The instructions for checkin were wrong, and on my fouth attempt the guy I was talking to to gain access said “what’s the matter with you why can’t you follow instructions”. Every time he hung up on me before I could even tell him what the problem was. Apartment was nice but bathroom wasn’t very clean; bed was not very comfortable.

Staff was responsive, polite and tried helping out the best they could. Location was great and the view wasn't bad. Water pressure was great

Not so spacy, the bed might need some adjustments as it sounded so loud, maybe I didn't know how to regulate the thermostat but it was really cold, even at 32⁰C the heat wouldn't work. Anyways these are adjustable issues

Location was great, views were wonderful.

Check in process was a challenge. Retrieving the keys with no where to park wouldn't be possible without two people.

Thermostat was confusing and didn't adjust to the set temperature. The apartment was very hot.
