Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property.

It was spacious,modern, and convenient.

I paid for a balcony, assuming you could smoke outside on the balcony,but this is not allowed at this premises.

I loved the cozy apartment.

There wasn’t no warning sign about the step on the balcony. I tripped over the sliding door entrance and fell inside hitting my cheek. I got a triangle bruise from the door knob.
