The property is right across the beach and like most of the other hotels in the area, provides beach umbrellas and chairs. They also provided meal vouchers which provided discounts off of meals.

The property has character but is run-down. There was trash on the grass for days and dirty cups around the bar area with trash not emptied daily. There were 2 back to back fire alarms that went off early in the morning with no explanation from the staff, as if it happens quite frequently. The swimming pool is shared with another hotel and the gentleman standing guard is not kid-friendly. We felt like we were being eyed the entire first day at the pool with him constantly calling out rules (no splashing, no jumping, no playing with toys) for the young children to follow. He was simply there to accommodate the needs of older guests only. We did not use the pool again after that. The WiFi did not work at all in our room so we had to bring our laptops downstairs to work in the lobby.

was going to book here but after reading these reviews, no way. There are so many nice places to stay at this price point so its totally unacceptable to be talked down to by staff like many have mentioned. No thanks.

The hotel is dated but is so well kept. Rooms were clean, staff super friendly and views were perfect. It was a super overnight escape!

Lobby was too crowded to allow much lingering!

You had great room accommodations for families which is hard to find and the lobby was very festive. The staff was very nice and the rooms were very clean.

You needed more staff at the bar and the king bed mattress in room 409 was really not good. It was convex. High in the middle and lower toward the sides. I thought I may roll off the bed if I got to close to the edge while sleeping. My husband thought the same. I also thought there was a lot of cleaning equipment left out in the hallways. Carts and mop buckets etc. I also thought you could have provided coffee gratis in the morning for guests. And have free water bottles in the room for guests given that you don't provide small fridges.
