Nice room, lovely decoration and amazing staff.

Unfortunately the location of the hotel was a bit far out from the main city. We would have preferred to be closer, to avoid a 30 minute walk each time we wanted to go out, but that’s on us as it was our decision to book. Also, unfortunately there was a problem with the windows in our room. Due to the rainfall, rain got into our room and damaged my partner’s bag and laptop which was on the floor. We also weren’t able to use the rooftop bar as it appeared shut every time we checked. We think this was because of the rain during our stay.

Beautiful boutique hotel and the service was amazing.

Cool hotel, beautiful roof terrace and comfy beds. Also friendly staff. We stayed here while travelling to a wedding near Merida. We had a good stay at Sureño. location is Ok, walking distance to several breakfast/lunch places. only short Uber drive to gastronomy road or city centre

A lovely hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. We loved the restaurant, too.

We would have liked to have a closet or hangers in the room.

Rooftop pool was gorgeous, our room was comfortable and clean, the restaurant has great food and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

We loved everything but you will need to Uber to most places which is not a problem, just wanted to flag it!
