Great staff, service and restaurant

Es un hotel muy bonito, pequeño pero con detalles que te hacen sentir muy bien, pero precisamente por lo pequeño, creo que los eventos que tienen deberian adaptarse a las condiciones de las instalaciones sin sobre pasar el espacio y comodidad para sus huespedes, refiriendome al ruido que se ocasiona. En si creo que volvere a hospedarme en ese lugar que insisto aunque pequeño creo que vale la pena volver a intentarlo.

Pool area was exceptional. Staff were lovely and attentive. Breakfast was lovely

Every sound in the building echoed through to the room. The walkway to the pool was wooden slats which weren't fixed down properly. Everytime someone walked along this, it echoed through to our room.

The place is beautiful and the food (I had a sweet cream-filled pastry and a cold chocolate) was delicious! I met with a group of 24 and the staff handled us fantastically! Do t leave without seeing the beautifully-designed front indoor salon.

I organised a group coffee date with 20 of my Mérida friends. I got in contact with Nadia Sahnoune (ventas) via WhatsApp and she was amazing in helping me with all my questions! We ended up reserving two connected areas that seated all 20 of us! Air conditioned! We were around two large tables so that it was easy to chat with the whole table, or individually. The service was amazing and the food was above excellent! I highly recommend going here with bigger groups, or just with a few of you. And don't forget to check out their rooftop in the evenings for the best cocktails & food by sunset!

I was there a group for a coffee social and was greatly impressed by the service and helpfulness of staff members. The creme brulee and lemonade that I ordered were, without exaggeration, the best I had ever had! The decor is soothing and inviting and I left happy to have discovered a wonderful new place to bring friends to.
