Lovely family owning the property-they were really friendy and helpful and spoke really good English:) Location was great,few hundred meters from amazing view or seaside and mountains and right next to all restraurants,shops etc

Great staff and a friendly welcome. Room basic but clean and comfortable and good value.

Super thin walls and ceilings. It sounded like a hippopotamus was in the room above me.

Would have liked the possibility of using the bathroom when picking up the luggage after check out time. Could not.

near to the center and promenade very nice and helpful staff possibility to store the luggage for a small price (3000CLP/day) offered breakfast to go when needed (earlier than regular breakfasttime) Wifi in upper rooms was not perfect, but good enough for whatsapp or similar apps

Nothing.

Romina was very unpolite and rude. Brekfast was one slice of toast with little marmelade. Room was dirty with awfull sheets and blankets. The hotel looked like a bad mountian house.

Great location close to everything we wanted/needed - the water, groceries, center or town, restaurants, etc. the room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was uniformly pleasant and helpful.

The breakfast was a “typical” continental breakfast as we found in this part of Chile, which means it was pretty light.
