Good location , close to many restaurants.

Bad breakfast , the same things every day,bad coffee. Modest rooms with old furniture. Expensive for what they offer.

Big rooms, nice location, breakfast okay

Breakfast for early starters not recommended especially when compared to the normal breakfast. The staff is constantly smoking cannabis which you smell the entire day.

The place is very cozy and the bed was super comfortable. The room was big, with a lot of space to keep my personal items. There are many flowers in the garden and in the lobby, which made the atmosphere very pleasant.

I could hear in detail the conversation about the bowl movement of the guests in the room next to mine. This was, to say the least, annoying. Also every time the outside door was open, I heard noises similar to knocking on my door, which was confusing in the beginning, later I got used to that... Besides the notices I felt very good in the room.

Very confortable little hotel with a very nice atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff. The decoration was very nice and fitted the location. The breakfast was very good too. Very close to the sea shore and also close to the center of town and many restaurants. We would have loved to stay many more days!

The walls are "paper-thin" and we can hear people talking in the adjoining room but most guests were quiet so that was not much of an issue

The mattress wasn’t that comfortable. Breakfast is only from 8:00-9:30 which most excursions and buses leaving from the town leave by 7:30/8:00 so you have to skip breakfast. Usually breakfast should start at 6:30

The hostel was Always smelling like weed, the owner never showed up to solve a payment issue. They charged me more than it was supposed to.

The hotel is close to necessities and restaurants in Puerto Natales, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The small continental breakfast is very thoughtful and delicious.

The rooms are a bit small for 2 people and the furniture in the hotel is dated. The room felt a bit expensive for what you get.
