The code for the lock box was sent in plenty of time and the instructions from the host were clear and easy to follow. Good toiletries. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfy and quiet in the evening.

No recycling facilities inside. Location was extremely noisy early on Tuesday morning due to local pubs being visited continually by bin men.

"Appartment was clean, central to all amenities and just lovely to come back to after a day out."

Location was brilliant for a City break. Apartment was very clean and everything worked really well. Loading bay just across the street for unloading our bags which was great. Car parks only a couple of streets away. Owners thought of all the basics you needed including tea and coffee, shampoo soap, condiments etc.

"Adequately compact apartment perfectly located"

Perfect location for the shops, had everything necessary for self catering. Tea, coffee and sugar provided and a washing machine is also provided.

Paying £40 for sofabed set up, under floor heating instructions weren't clear enough, kettle needs descaling, could do with a baking tray
