Location and cleanliness

Location was good but very noisy at night and early morning

Clean and modern but the bed linen was old and grey and very small no dining table or bedroom door

Perfectly located in the centre of all you want to see and do. Everything is only a few minutes walk away. And a great pub close by.

Nothing, everything is worked out well with small queues which disappear quick for the abbey and baths

Quality appliances and a stylish modern interior. Great location, very secure.

Towels were a bit grey and old for such a nice apartment and a chest of drawers inside the wardrobe would be good. Small details though and it didn’t impact our enjoyment of the property.

The location could not have been better! Easy access to train station and everything on your doorstep. Loved that the kitchen had basic essentials and that the furniture was modern. The washing machine was a lifesaver. Whilst the weather was mild when we were there I would strongly suggest a small fan as it was quite warm with windows closed. We loved that internally we felt safe and had no issues with neighbours. The views from the windows were just stunning.

The location was perfect but the noise until early a.m was so loud. We live in a major city and do not have noise like this. Seems that the road out front is a major thoroughfare to pubs and clubs so the noise comes from super loud large groups of people. Closing the windows barely filters the noise. With everything being so modern it was a shame that previous guests may have not taken care of the walls which were so banged up and really dirty from scuffs. A little wipe down is suggested. We also had garbage in the toilet bins that was left which was not the greatest of surprises to find. Be careful of cooking toast as well, the smoke alarms went off really easily even when lightly toasted. Put the rangehood and kitchen vent on- put the toaster directly under the rangehood on FULL!

Check-in was very easy. Good instructions for entry and WiFi. The location was wonderful! So close to the train station and central Bath. The apartment was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Great stay!

Nice clean apartment, very centralised, easy walking distance to all attractions, restaurants, and pubs. Ample tea, coffee, sugar, and milk . Everything you need in a holiday home . Thank you for a comfortable stay. Weather was fabulous hot hot hot

Street noise, but probably a lot due to windows being open as it was exceptionally hot for time of the year.
