Pool is fine; they have a children's pool also. The staff are polite, but the cleanliness is poor. The pedicure isn't the best, but the food is good.

Ich bin um halb fünf Uhr morgens im Hotel angekommen. Obwohl der Check-in eigentlich erst ab 14:00 Uhr war, hat sich die Rezeption sehr bemüht, mir trotzdem ein Zimmer zu geben, obwohl das Hotel voll war. (Vielen Dank, Herr Alaa) Der Zimmerservice war ausgezeichnet, und das Personal hat regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob wir noch etwas benötigen, sogar zusätzliche Dinge. (Vielen Dank, Herr Walid) Das Hotel war tatsächlich neu und die Dienstleistungen waren hervorragend. Natürlich weiterempfehlen

We came here for our honeymoon. We booked a posh club room. The entire team, especially Nourhan, took excellent care of us. They made us feel very special. This is a hotel I'd love to come back to.

I will never book here again due to several issues that negatively impacted my vacation. However, the biggest disappointment was the unprofessional and rude behavior of the reception staff. They clearly lacked knowledge and didn't seem to know what they were doing. I wouldn't recommend this place.

For overall it was excellent also the food is tasty the service or it was ready we have everything to do when you ask anything unless they have a question that Rome was very very cleanest the hotel is very luxury and also I think one of the best in the charm and on the older one
