I travelled here as a woman alone so was a bit nervous. I’ve been looked after so much. The staff are absolutely wonderful and go over and above to help you. I will be returning to this hotel! I can’t thank people enough for looking after me.

The Hotel seems to be new but the overall impression is not so good. Our family room was big and the beds are comfortable. The food was brilliant and our „personally“ waiter had alway full attention to our wishes and at the table. It was really a great food they prepared every day! The room service was very poor. We are 3 people but the room wasn’t prepared for all of us. We got only 2 towels and 2 bathrobes. We claimed next day and it was corrected. Two days later the room service wasn’t done till 4pm. We claimed again but it is a 5* hotel and nobody expects such a bad service! We stayed mostly at the pool and we got the best service all days from life guard smiley man! Thank you so much for your honest and very friendly service! Absolutely amazing service from you! The hotel management is strange organized. As an example, they are asking us at the morning about the service level we’ve received and our impression. BUT they are not interested about our feedback and they are only interested to working on their checklist! There isn’t a beach but a nice small place at the oceanfront. You can do diving snorkeling and others. Mostly overrun from Russians. The management doesn’t accept a privacy policy because they want to present the hotel to other traveling agents and they are doing videos without asking guests if they want them! Absolutely ridiculous! Closing words about the hotel. Don’t expect a 5* resort. It’s more only 3* but the food is 4*+.

Resort was nice however improvements can be made on offer of non alcoholic drinks like zero or diet drinks, some resorts offer food 24/7, at white hills it was only at buffet or restaurant during there times or poolside bars which had limited items and you couldn't take snacks to your room. The service by some staff was excellent Mohamed made my stay great and was so helpful, some staff were just rude and disrespectful if you didn't offer a tip for them just doing there actual job. The buffet food was good some items were low in quality some were average especially the big roasts of meats and fish they were so over cooked and dry each time I tried them. Also the food was always luke warm even if they would sit in the Dutch oven/pots the food somehow never was hot enough, the only food that was hot was at the pasta station as it was made to order so that was really good as was the chef. The resort had shops in the area which obviously had inflated prices so was of no use. We tried to get late check out and was massively disappointed when we were told we couldn't even though I requested it before we checked in and whilst we stayed at the resort. We basically had a 5 hour wait in the reception and surrounding grounds of the hotel and we're only offered to use the spa to shower if needed. The communication when booking and requests for toddler bed were ignored. The nuisance of sale reps of the hotel trying to sell you stuff at the beach was also a let down. Not worth the £1400
