The food and the people at the restaurants are great but the security outside and the housekeeping is the worst

Hello, I would like to thank the whole hotel team and especially Mrs. Nourhan, they hosted us in a wonderful way and were there for all our needs immediately. We enjoyed the cleanliness, tranquility and fun activities of the hotel, the food and presentations were great. The Posh club experience was a unique experience, thank you again to Mrs. Nourhan for making this experience unique

Amazing staff, so helpful and attentive. Music at the beach and pool got a little too much by the end but fine if you like a party lol. Lovely room and dining options, beach area is perfect, but the staff are what really make the whole experience amazing.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price This resort is significantly overpriced compared to others that offer similar or better services for less than half the cost. The staff were not particularly helpful or accommodating when issues arose, which made the stay even more frustrating. The beach is not a true sandy beach, so if you're not a strong swimmer, you're basically stuck using the crowded pools full of children. On top of that, ongoing construction made the area noisy and certain facilities were unavailable, which was never mentioned beforehand. The only entertainment on evenings was some music (same songs every day) with some girls dancing. Very poor so we ended up going to bed after dinner because nothing to do around. The food was a major letdown — repetitive and of very poor quality. It felt like the same uninspired options were served every single day. Overall, I left feeling confused about the high price tag. It certainly didn’t reflect the value or experience. I would NOT return and cannot recommend this resort.

I've stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, but White Hills truly stands out. Honestly, it’s even better than Rixos Sharm – and that says a lot. The service? Just wow. From the moment we arrived until check-out, everything was perfect. Huge shoutout to the amazing front desk team – Hamza, Gamal, and Mohamed – for their warm welcome and outstanding care. In the dining area, Ahmad, Shadi, and Fadi were beyond professional – always smiling, attentive, and making sure we had everything we needed. And by the pool, Mohamed and Mahmoud kept the vibe alive – super friendly and always around to help with a smile. This place is not just a hotel – it's an experience. Can’t wait to come back!
