Where to find food

To check in and reach the hotel room, from the car park you need to take the lift up to the reception at Level 7. From there, walk all the way to Tower 3 and Tower 4, then take the lift down to the ground floor, and continue walking to Tower 4. Super inconvenient.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Genting Hotel Yanne' Onsen. The onsen facilities were beautifully arranged, offering a relaxing and authentic experience. The level of hospitality was exceptional, with attentive and warm service throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the entire property was also highly impressive, making the experience even more comfortable and enjoyable.

While my stay was generally pleasant, there are a few areas that could be improved. Firstly, clearer directional signage is needed to guide guests to different towers and the car park, especially around the lifts, lobby, walkways, and parking areas. Secondly, two lifts were out of service at the same time, which resulted in significantly longer waiting times. Additionally, the Kid’s Club and gym were not available due to maintenance, which was a disappointment. Lastly, as the car park is located some distance from the hotel, it would enhance the guest experience if security personnel could advise guests to unload their luggage at the lobby before parking. This small gesture would provide a more welcoming and convenient arrival experience.
