Angel Island Eco Resort

This island is like a hidden Eden. The beauty of its tranquility and wildernesses is simply unforgettable. Fascinating beach, great snorkeling sites with stunning variety of marine life. You can also climb up the small hill to get a beautiful view of the islands around. Kate ( the hotel owner) and all staff are great.

Amazing private island hotel with beautiful beaches, very kind staff and lots of relaxation moments!! The rooms are spacious, v clean with comfortable beds. There is a restaurant that offers breakfast/lunch/dinner + snacks. We preferred the Indonesian dishes. The hotel provides snorkelling gear. There’s plenty of things to see around the hotel. The hotel also helped organising a boat day-trip to discover Komodo (highly recommended) as well as a little birthday celebration for my girlfriend. Transfer from & to the airport was also very smooth.

The island is gorgeous and the bungalows are unbelievable

Our experience with the pickup from the port was not good.. if I am not wrong their boat needed to be fixed so we took another boat which was not in the same harbor and the access was not easy at all. We stayed at the sun for long enough waiting for them. Of course, It gave us a weird feeling at the beginning. Apart from that, once we arrived at the island it was perfect!

It’s basically a private island with a five stars service confort and amenities, everything is simply perfect. The owner is super kind and she helped me in multiple ways

This is not a place for people who want to have fun and chill together. Few examples: - there’s not light entertainment or background music in the restaurant/common areas - the cocktails I tried had not the same level of the food (excellent) - there is not a diving service (you can get snorkelling equipment for free though) - it’s hard to familiarise with other guests IMO this is the perfect place for people who want to get full privacy, total relax and peace. Being fair this place is a paradise on earth, everything is awesome and that’s why I rated it 10; me personally I was looking for something different but that’s just my personal wish :)

The combination of nature and professional friendliness - a small resort with the djungle 50 m from the beach, awesome coral reef for snorkeling, very friendly staff and great owner Food was best we had in I finessing so far
