Appartamento scelto principalmente per le recensioni sulla pulizia, è risultata carente. Filtri dei condizionatori intasati, polvere di vecchia data ovunque, stoviglie sporche e carenti.

Die Lage, die Wohnung gesamt, v.a. die Dachterrasse und auch die Ausstattung und Aufteilung der Wohnung.

Die Matrazen waren zu weich. Check-in über irgendwelche Apps, die Bilder vom Ausweis möchten und Abbuchungen von der Kreditkarte finde ich nicht so vertrauenserweckend und umständlich. Das Waschbecken im Bad ist sehr schlecht abgeflossen, wir haben mit Draht und heißem Wasser etwas Abhilfe geschaffen.

Lage und Terrasse

Das Personal ist nicht sehr zuvorkommend, wenn es um Probleme geht, die wir mehrmals schriftlich und mündlich gemeldet haben. Man hat bei Problemen NICHT reagiert (z. Bsp. mussten wir die vom 1. Tag an verstopfte Dusche selber reinigen) Der Balkon im 2. Schlafzimmer ist sehr ungepflegt und die Terrassenmöbel sind desolat. Die Küchenmesser schneiden nicht. Es gibt keine Moka.

The location was excellent. Having a terrace is a big plus in the city. Office of rentalcompany is around the corner and support of rentalteam is superb.

Amazing rooftop terrace, nice kitchen with all necessary equipments. We got a high chair for the baby. Bathroom is also very nice, with washing maschine (plusz washing liquid).

The bed is not very comfortable in my opinion.

Location, it is in the center close to the palazzi and the viccoli. We chose this apartment because of the roof terrace. This was lovely, with nice plants, but unfortunately it was raining all the time.

The kitchen could be better equipped. We were especially missing wine glasses (were brought second to last day), trash bags and some other kitchen stuff. It would be very welcoming if you could provide some tea, coffee or some other welcome drink!
