Great location, great amenities, large hot tub 👌 very cosy inside and the lovely hamper was appreciated.....

the lodge was nice had everything we needed to be fair. lovely welcome basket on arrival. thank you.

only went in hot tub once. couldn't work out how to get the jets to work and it wasn't easy to get the cover off etc. some instructions would have been helpful. also TV. we had to stay in one night as the rain was torrential but couldn't get netflix etc to work. again instructions would be helpful.

Easy access, quiet and tidy settings , good parking space, clean ,good wifi comfy beds , hot tub and a complimentary bottle of bubblyb

Had to leave as the lodge was dirty stunk and very dirty was very disgusting hot tub had food in it avoid if I was you wouldn't go back to this lodge.

Location and lodge had everything provided for your stay

Glass entrance door and patio doors not cleaned , scruffy marks on glass externally and internally, all white internal doors could do with a lick of paint or at least cleaned as dirty looking in appearance

The location was great , just by a stream , quite private , the lodge was well equipped and comfortable , there was a welcome pack with , asti , crisps and biscuits which was appreciated.

The information book in the lounge was out of date , i.e. the wifi password was incorrect , the owners contact details were incorrect , we had no hot water on arrival , i used the contact details in the information book but got through to someone who was not the owner. the hot tub is quite dated , it was cold on the first day so could not use , it was fine on the second day then back to cold on the third day , so we had very little use of it. one of the bathroom sinks could not be used as it was blocked and had a sign saying do not use.
