When I entered the room smelled clean. Stayed there before its not fancy, just a good room and good location

Close to family.

No staff available. No cleaning service. All contact was made via text.

Location was perfect for our needs - walking distance to everything we wanted. Bed was comfortable, and TV was modern. Room appointments were nice, and very new.

Stairs with no elevator were hard for my mom, who is on oxygen. Bathroom water pressure was so-so. Information provided beforehand was late - we didn't know there would be no human check-in until we arrived. A/C and heating unit was unbearably loud - sleeping with it turning on and off was difficult. Pillows were uncomfortable, and only one each made it difficult to adjust.

Good location

We never received our check code to get into the two rooms we booked. We had to call multiple times and someone finally answered . Before that they kept hanging up on us claiming phone issues. The following morning when we were checking out booking.com sent us completely different check in codes when we were leaving. I have been a longtime customer of booking.com and will never book with them again.

I like the door code instead of key

Water was not in shower.

none eaten. Just took off for home the next morning.

Issues with electronic door lock. Front desk person corrected the problem by moving us to the room next door
