Used Booking.com, can not get a response from Booking, if I do it says to contact the hotel. Contact the hotel, they tell me to go to Booking.com. They play off of each other and have not gotten any results. Zero stars for Booking.com.

Is more like a motel 2 levels very clean and comfy rooms. Lobby has snack and relax area. Walked everywhere great location in safe quiet with lots to do and see in immediate area.

The location to downtown and to our destination good

There wasn’t very good locks on the door. Air conditioner very loud Could not get tv to work and even asked person on duty but could not help with any good info

I did not have breakfast, and I did not know that it was offered.

The only thing that I did not like, that I would recommend to improve your hotel, would be a full-length mirror. Or even a large mirror on the wall to reflect the upper part of the body. The only mirror in the room was the small one above the bathroom sink. I was in Rochester for a dress-up event and that is why I noticed the absence of a large mirror.

Location

Wasn't aware I had to walk up stairs dragging my stuff to get to my room. Also, for the price, I expected breakfast. Will stay elsewhere next time.
