Convenient location to downtown.

It was cold with a heater that was extremely noisy. Draft came in under the door that we blocked with a bath towel. Walls were not at all soundproof and the neighboring guests were up all night arguing so sleep was difficult at best. There was an electric fireplace in the room but didn't work. The streaming service for the TV was difficult to navigate. Coffee maker didn't function well.
