This is a great location - Everything is within walking or biking distance. The rooms are updated, clean and comfortable.

There is no staff on site - The room number and code for the room were received by email - This worked well as our room number and room code were already in my email upon arrival. There is a lot which can go wrong with having no staff on site. We checked out on Wednesday July 2nd - I made contact with the hotel owner? staff by text rendering notification that we were checking out - No word on any refund.

The Roku and bathroom

The beds were hard, had 2 flat pillows, no way to contact staff for new trash bags, more blankets, etc

The city of Rochester. Getting a ground floor room.

Place reaked of bleach. Dropped a wipe on the floor n rubbed it around, came up FILTHY! U can't mop with muddy bleach water! Disgusting! Spider in main room n bath! 97° in MI n NO ICE in the machine! Did they use the same muddy water in the bathroom and main room? Absolutely! Lazy maids who don't change mop water, don't GAF about cross contamination!
