Bellman Adrian gave us an unforgettable experience. His service was amazing! He was also very helpful. The hotel was very clean and beautiful.

Beautiful hotel! Nice breakfast, with a lot of "local food" options; comfy bed, very clean rooms, well equiped gym instalations, and a great service. One of the workers, Jaime, was very kind and helpful with our group. Overall, an excellent experience!

Every member of the staff from concierge to door attendants were friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely the best service I've received.

Pleasant stay where it seemed like everyone was there to make our stay happy and enjoyable. Everyone knew our names and made us feel special. The hotel was very busy because of a destination wedding but we never felt it. Smooth and efficient check in by Juan Carlos. Upgrade not available on check in but was immediately granted the next day for the duration of our stay. Isaac was spot on in his restaurant recommendations. Gustavo, the concierge was so insightful in his recommendations as to how to spend our days and developed amazing and exhaustive walking itineraries for us including his favorite taco spots. Jaime, the manager on duty was outstanding considering how much was going on . Zuri and Ilse could not have been more gracious and welcoming. The coffee at the Flower Shop was perfect. Thank you all so much for such a special stay.

The staff was amazing and the rooms were quite nice. We also stayed at the andaz, and thought the service was much better at the Mondrian. Exceptional.

Very nice facility. Great area to stay in Mexico City

The room was spacious and modern, however the fist room (131) is right above there delivery bay which makes it extremely noisy and people outside meet tour buses so that chit chatting can be heard. There was an issue with the shower clogging and the issue was address very quickly. The next day we requested to be moved due to the noise level. The front desk was amazing and they moved us to the fifth floor. Nice room but some issues with the toilet seat that wobble when you are sitting, there was a large bubble on the ceiling of the shower, it seems like a leakage from above and lastly the wallpaper decor was unattached from the top corner making it seem cheap and unappealing. Overall personnel was amazing, very professional and attentive at the front desk, the restaurant and the coffee shot. One thing that didn’t work out was that the day we arrived we approached the concierge desk located in the lobby which happens to be for another property that shares the lobby with Mondrian. She was very rude and directed us to the Mondrian reception, as we are entering the Mondrian area there were two employees, one that he was one of the bellboys, and a security guard. The security guard was extremely rude and approached us as we enter the in an over imposing manner and asked if we he can help us. I told him no thanks and the other employee noticed that he (the security guard) was not acting professional and told him that we are just going to check in. Lastly, the housekeeper rang the bell and almost immediately opened the door without even allowing us to answer. I was laying down on bed, she noticed and quickly closed the door. Overall great customer service, great location, couple of issues with the rooms maintenance
