Mondrian Mexico City Condesa

Spent 4 days at the Mondrian Condesa and it was a wonderful experience. Jaime, the bell man, was so attentive and has such wonderful customer service as the rest of the front desk personnel. The room was a great size with full amenities. Definitely will be back.

I stayed at the Mondrian for a week and loved it. It is in a great location with some of the best food. The rooms were clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The gym and spa were were amazing! I got an exceptional massage by Fabiola. The staff was very friendly and helped me with all of my needs. The Bellman Adrian was especially helpful. He went above and beyond to help with my bags, the elevator, helpful tips for CMDX and always greeting me with a kind smile. I can't wait to come back.

Wonderful experience. Drinks at Wooftop were delicious. Adrian the bellhop was friendly and helpful. Issac at the concierge desk was helpful and helped us with our trip to Teotihuacán.

Our stay at the Mondrian Mexico City was incredible. The concierge, Issac, made the entire experience unforgettable with his kindness, helpfulness, and great recommendations. The hotel is stunning, modern, and full of life. It’s connected to another property where we enjoyed seeing beautiful wedding festivities during our visit. Everyone was friendly, and the hotel is very English friendly, which made everything easy. We can’t wait to return!

Nice hotel, attached to Andaz hotel. They share same entrance. Good customer service, rooms were clean, good room service. Comfy beds. Kudos to bellman "Adrian," he looked out for us by ordering ubers, helping with luggage, and helping with elevator, he's a great bellman.

Wonderful experience at Mondrian La Condesa. Clean, elegant room. Professional, attentive and friendly staff. Bellman Adrian was extremely pleasant and always helpful. La Terraza restaurant team served delicious breakfast and were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend the Mondrian for any traveler visiting CDMX.

We enjoyed the friendly staff. Lots of visits to the “Flower Shop” that is located just off the lobby of the hotel. Paulina and Daniel (pictured) made delicious lattes served with fresh hot pastries during our stay. The Condesa area is a lovely part of Mexico City. Upon arrival, the concierge Gustavo (pictured) booked us a last minute day tour to visit the Teotihuacan Archaeological Area. Seeing the Pyramids of the Sun and Moon are a must during your trip. The other concierge Salvador was spot on when recommending local restaurants. They were all within walking distance from the hotel and delicious. We highly recommend.
