Property was nice, up to date, and staff was friendly and helpful!

We had a nice stay. Hotel room was clean, the continental breakfast was a nice bonus and it was quiet.

Great location right off expressway, friendly/helpful customer service, and the rooms were clean and decorated nicely

Loved it well be coming back

Our check-in process took over 6 hours. The staff apparently staged a “walk-out” conveniently a few hours before we arrived and there was 1 person trying to handle everything for several large groups staying there for a local tournament. We were given 3 different rooms that were either already occupied or dirty because there was no housekeeping and when we finally got a room the front desk person was unable to make us keys for several hours because she was locked out of their computer system and could not reach a manager to help her. The front desk worker did the absolute best should could with a great attitude, but this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

It was ok. I’m assuming the cleaning staff was rushing. The toilet wasn’t cleaned, it had urine under the seat. The towels weren’t replenished as well. Overall it was ok.

The suite was fantastic...clean and stocked like an Apt...they were short staffed but they deserve Grace on that

Full sized fridge, dishwasher! plates and silverware and glasses provided. Bathroom is nice complete with shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in a pump.

While the hotel itself was very clean and spacious with a fairly comfortable bed the front desk was definitely understaffed. The gentleman working the desk upon check in was clearly swamped with no one in sight to help. He was kind and courteous to not so patient customers, but could really have used help. Our only complaint of the stay was someone running around all night above us, but that is beyond the hotels control somewhat. For the price I would stay again, but hope to get a room on the top floor.
