the rooms were spacious and very nice and clean the view was spectacular the pool and the entertainment area was excellent

the fact that the house was under renovations , smell of paint as a sinus patient it was very difficult to sleep. the other room there was no hot water in the bathroom on the other room that was upstairs there was leak in the bathroom , the leak was going through entertainment area.

No breakfast. Amazing location. Broken showers no keys for doors to outside. No dustbin bags. Dustbin was full. No hot water in one of rhw rooms. Toilet did not flush in one of the rooms

The location is excellent, very close to the ocean and very close to the restaurants and shopping centre. The place was neat and tidy, and kitchen is well equipped.

I understand that there were renovations, but I did not like that there were no lights in the sitting area, there were no doors in the bathrooms especially for the room that is upstairs that sleeps 3people. It was so impossible to use the toilet when your room mates were present, and you can't ask them to leave when nature calls. Also, the showers have no doors, so when you are taking a shower the water splashes and the floor becomes wet as well as your sleepers/flip flops that you are wearing when getting out of the shower. So, you need to have a mop to wipe this water and have to wipe your flip flops. This is a hazard as you can slip and fall on the wet floor. Also, it is winter now and it is still very cold at night, there were no blankets, and I could not sleep the first night until I decided to wear my long-sleeved T-shirt.

We were happy because we got the house at a really good rate. This helped us to look passed the items listed below. However if I had paid full price for this acccommodation I would have been very upset.

There is SO much damp - the shower downstairs gurgled every night, the one bedroom was used only once because of the smell of damp - all the walls are peeling.

The house was run down, it smelled of damp with black mould growing on curtains, holes in walls where door handles had punctured them light firings removed with electrical connectors exposed no means of heating bi-fold doors opened by the strong winds we did not stay and left the property to find alternative accommodation

Lots of space. Perfect for big groups. 2 kitchens. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet and very spacious. And it basically has everything you need....the Good by far outweigh the bad...by far!!

The bedroom with two locked wardrobes ...now you tell me where must you put your clothes? But 1 of the other bedrooms has 6 closets.No washing line...because the current 1 is out of order. I think that's it.
