The provisions made for loadshedding wasnt great. The rechargeable lights werent charged and there were no cables to charge them. The dishwasher didnt work. The showers are open and water runs all over the bathroom. The owner didnt bother to communicate properly with me.

Absolutely perfect prime position with the most beautiful view of the ocean and Walker Bay. The pool at the house was a huge bonus and was well used the entire weekend. The bedrooms were lovely - and some ridiculously huge :) Very comfy beds. The house was very clean and worked well for a large group. We had a great weekend away and will def like to stay again!

The biggest problem was that 4 of the bathrooms did not have doors on them (open plan to bedroom) - not very practical especially the room that slept 4 - no privacy to shower, use toilet etc. One bathroom downstairs is in full view of everyone on the patio - bad bad planning and very easy to put doors on. Some of the bedside lamps were not plugged in as there were not enough 2pin adapters - someone brought adapters the next day only. These lamps had loadshedding bulbs in - great idea if you could plug them in during loadshedding! The braai room is lovely except it is at the back of the house and should be facing the breathtaking views the front of the house has.
