"Average property in Hermanus, great location though."

location was excellent

several doors were broken, the exterior was looking a bit unkept. Weeds in the driveway and generally just a concrete area. not overly appealing. Also paid a R2000 deposit and still yet to receive my refund a week later. Got a message saying that I need to contact someone else to get my money back, pretty poor.

We loved the open space and the location is amazing. Swimming pool and sea view was perfect.

Just more privacy in bathrooms but still very nice and amazing.

I don't like the fact that its been a month since I paid the damages deposit of R4000 and to date they have not bothered to refund me despite making contact twice already! The linen was also stained and shower upstairs was leaking into the lounge. There was no firewood so we had to go running to buy some to keep the lounge warm
