great location. nice pool. spacious house.

the communication was terrible - I spoke to various different people and none of them really knew what was going on. no briefing on the alarm which then deafened us. no soap at all in the house. one dishcloth. two small pots for a house that caters to big families. no big salad bowls. the kitchen sucks we’re ridiculous - low water pressure and tiny sinks, making soaking / washing braai trays almost impossible. overall the kitchen amenities were poorly lacking. the floors were filthy. only one key which for a big family coming and going is not practical.

I had a nice stay, The home was very beautiful and neat. I Loved everything about it, Thank you Jacques for the warm welcome and assistance when needed.

The house has an electrical problem. It was literally shocking!!! To touch any appliance, we were shocked from the toaster, microwave, kettle and dishwasher to the swimming pool when the cleaner was on!!! There were also plumbing (water running down the wall from the upstairs piping into the lounge downstairs) and damp issues.

Big house with all ensuite bathrooms, suitable for big groups.

Communication with the host was exceptionally poor and frustrating, from booking, paying, getting the key and checking out. The contact persons never get back to you even though you left several messages on the numbers provided. We were also caught off guard with loadshedding. Suggest more can be done for visitors by providing at least candles during load shedding. Some (most) of the electrical plugs in the rooms were not working and the women in the house had to dry their hair in the kitchen and lounge areas.
